Your Entire Ecommerce Business. Connected to AI.
Manage products, orders, inventory, advertising, and analytics in one platform. Work directly from your dashboard or connect compatible AI assistants through MCP.
Please note: trial activation requires Super Admin approval. Your 24-hour trial starts after your request is approved, not at sign-up.
One platform for the whole store
DevDuoX keeps your catalog, stock, orders, customers, advertising data and reports in one tenant-isolated workspace, so people and AI assistants work from the same source of truth.
Catalog and storefront
Products, variants, categories, content pages and a storefront engine that serves your own domain.
Operations
Orders, fulfilment, multi-location inventory, purchase orders, customers and discounts.
Growth and insight
Meta Ads data, built-in analytics and rule-based automations.
Every capability on this site is labelled Available Beta or Planned to match what is built today.
Manual ecommerce management
You never need an AI assistant. The dashboard covers daily work end to end.
- Create and edit products, variants and prices, or bulk import from CSV.
- Adjust stock per location with a recorded reason for every movement.
- Process orders, record manual or cash-on-delivery payments, and enter shipment tracking by hand.
- Invite staff with role-based, per-module permissions and review an audit trail of consequential actions.
MCP integration for AI assistants
Connect an MCP-compatible assistant to one store with a scoped bearer token. Assistants see only what the token allows.
Tools exposed today
products.search / products.get
Read the catalogproducts.create / products.update
Write, within token scopeproducts.delete
Only requests deletion; a human confirms in the dashboardinventory.get / inventory.low_stock
Read stockinventory.prepare_adjustment
Small changes apply; larger ones need approvalorders.search / orders.get / orders.delayed
Read orderscustomers.search
Read customers (marketing consent filter)analytics.sales_summary
Real aggregates for a period
Available Bearer-token access, per-module read/write scopes, rotation and revocation, plan-based call limits.
Planned OAuth sign-in for MCP clients. It is not available yet.
Risky actions are gated: deletion is only requested and must be confirmed by a person, and larger stock changes need approval.
POST /api/mcp/{your-store-slug}
Authorization: Bearer <your MCP token>
{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/call",
"params":{"name":"inventory.low_stock",
"arguments":{"limit":10}}}Advertising management
Meta Ads is the supported ad platform today.
- Available Meta Ads: sync campaigns and daily spend, reach, clicks and conversions; pause, resume and change budgets after explicit confirmation. Large budget increases need an owner to request and confirm. You must bring your own Meta app (app id and secret) and ad account.
- Available Meta Conversions API connector (also needs your Meta app credentials).
- Planned Google Ads. The adapter is documented but not implemented.
Unified analytics
Reports are computed from your own orders, customers, products and stock, with ad data added when Meta Ads is connected.
- Available Sales, revenue over time, product and customer reports, inventory and low-stock views.
- Planned Google Analytics 4 (GA4). There is no GA4 integration yet.
Inventory and orders
Stock is changed through one audited service, whether the change comes from the dashboard, the API, an automation or an MCP tool.
- Reserve, release and commit stock against orders; transfer between locations; set reorder thresholds.
- Order timeline, documents and fulfilment status; manual shipping entries today. Planned courier booking.
- Payments: Available manual and COD. Planned Razorpay and Stripe.

Frequently asked questions
Do I get the free trial immediately?
No. You register and request the 24-hour trial. Trial activation requires Super Admin approval, so it starts only after your request is approved. The length is set by the platform and is 24 hours by default.
Which AI assistants work with DevDuoX?
Any assistant or tool that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) over HTTP and lets you set a bearer token. We do not claim certification with specific vendors. OAuth sign-in for MCP clients is planned, not available.
Can an AI delete my products or change large amounts of stock?
No. Tokens are scoped per module and read/write. Product deletion is only requested through MCP and must be confirmed by a person in the dashboard. Stock changes above a limit also need approval.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Manual and cash-on-delivery payments are available today. Razorpay, Stripe and other gateways are planned and are not yet usable.
Do you connect to Google Ads or GA4?
Not yet. Both are planned. Meta Ads sync is available, but you must bring your own Meta app credentials and an ad account.
Which couriers can I book from the dashboard?
None yet. Courier booking is planned. You can record shipments and tracking details manually.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can attach a custom domain to your storefront and verify it through DNS.
How is pricing decided?
Plans, prices and limits are managed by the platform team and shown on the pricing page directly from the live plan catalogue.
Is my data shared between stores?
No. Every record is scoped to a tenant and store, and the API checks this on every request. See the security page for details and for what we do not claim.
